Erica is a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) who helps people manage their stress and navigate through unhappiness. She specializes in helping people manage their anxiety without medication. In addition to warm and humorous talk therapy, Erica can incorporate mindfulness, therapeutic writing, yoga-informed psychotherapy practices, and other integrative techniques to help empower you on your journey of acceptance, healing, and change. 

Erica received her master’s degree from the University of Chicago and trained at community counseling centers around Chicago. She is certified yoga teacher and practitioner of Reiki— a Japanese hands-on stress reduction technique. Prior to joining Chicago Center for Behavioral Medicine and Sports Psychology, she worked at the Cancer Treatment Centers of America where she learned the power of using mind-body connection to help people feel better.
