Emily is passionate about partnering with fellow humans to explore, discover, and heal in creative and meaningful ways. She is excited by challenge and curiosity, and aims to live in pursuit of experiences that offer a sense of growth and awe. In her approach to psychotherapy, Emily draws on the inherent wisdom and expertise that each client brings to the work, focusing on development of a warm and comfortable rapport that will allow for digging deeper.


With degrees in fiction writing and social work, as well as being a certified yoga instructor, Emily believes in holding every client to the highest expectations, while guiding them in building internal accountability and a personalized path to fulfillment. Emily has extensive training and experience in trauma-sensitive work, and many years of experience in creative arts and mindfulness. Her diverse background allows for a unique approach to connection, and informs her dynamic style of collaborative personal growth, holistic healing, and effective creativity.
