Sport Psychology Approach

Serious competitive performers (athletes in all sports, but musicians and other performers too) can benefit from our approach.
We apply three principles in order to to maximize performance.
Emotional Management – via improved consistency of routines; improved coping responses; control of everyday stressors; support; modifying focusing (from negative to positive; from evaluative/negative to task and strategy oriented; from past to present); coping with injuries.
Increasing Commitment to Training – via motivational analysis and decisional counseling; making practice more fun; analysis of coaches/trainers.
Self-regulatory Training – goal setting, self-monitoring, planning, problem solving, positive focusing, and eating/weight management.
